1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-7 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. UK Shipping

Express UK Delivery

3. International Shipping (If Applicable)

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times: 21-31 working days (depending on location).

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

5. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. LTF Activewear is not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
